  1. Sweet, two Pac-10 teams in the Elite 8. :) Screw you, USC. You're worthless.
  2. HAHAHAHA. Obviously the announcers have never seen Tim Floyd to be stunned that he'd do something to get a T while his team was still in the game.
  3. Way to represent the Pac-10, USC. At least this should (in theory) shut up all the Trojan fans (most of whom know fewer USC basketball players than I do).
  4. At least it's red. It's a fantastic shirt. If the US plays Mexico in the final I'm finding some sort of anti-Tricolores shirt to wear. It needs to have some reference to 'dos a cero' in it, of course. http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=477415&page=12 That's freaking awesome. I need to get that shirt and walk around town. :)
  5. Yeah, he has hired an agent. Bummer about Morris, would have liked to see him on the Bulls.
  6. This will probably get lost amidst the talk of tonight's games, but here goes anyways: Of the three key matchups you listed, I think we only have the advantage with Darren Collison. Afflalo will struggle with Rush's length (just like he did with Corey Brewer in the NC last year), and it doesn't help that he's in a shooting slump. Arron needs to get down low and get to the line like he did yesterday. I think our bench will be key if we win (especially Roll and Westbroo) and Shipp has to continue to pick up Afflalo. We'll definitely trying to grind the game out and make it a total halfcourt g ame. You guys will own us athletically - but hey, so did Memphis and LSU last season.
  7. Go Butler!! And...GO DUCKS!!!
  8. I don't know much about Payne or Russell, but I'm not sure how important their respective college batting averages are when considering them as pro prospects.

  10. I'll feel much better if Florida loses tomorrow, but with my luck they'll probably go all the way. At times like this, I hate sports. Why couldn't I have grown up loving Duke, the Yankees and the Patriots? My life would be so much easier. I apologize to everyone on the board for these horrible words, I'm just in a very depressed mood right now. We've all been there.
  11. :D:D:D:D:D:D
  12. Make. Your. Free. Throws.
  13. Thank you, Mike Roll.
  14. Dammit, a repeat of the Indiana game. Only a 5-pt Bruin lead.
  15. Dammit, that was a travel before that Ramon three-pointer. MAKE YOUR FREE THROWS!
  16. Oh man, let's not have a repeat of the Indiana game here.
  17. There ya go.
  18. C'mon, Vols.
  19. Shipp's come out to play today. :D
  20. And now Aboya with his third foul. :(
  21. Ugh, Luc picks up his third foul.
  22. We did that last year too (San Diego, Oakland). It helps that it's a really big state. true. LA to Sacramento is, what, an 8 hour drive? Still, you know there are Bruin Alum all over the state, so these are clearly home games for UCLA Yeah - the Bay Area has the second largest population of Bruin alums and Sacramento has a sizable chunk (and is less than 2 hours from the Bay).
  23. We did that last year too (San Diego, Oakland). It helps that it's a really big state.
