    First Cub I've seen officially going to the AFL is Eloy. That's really exciting.

    Underwood's rehab takes him to Myrtle Beach. Jonathan Martinez promoted to AA, Brad Markey to Tennessee's DL.

    Still waiting to see which Cubs players will go. The list should come out today. I think it's reasonable to guess guys like Pierce Johnson, Victor Caratini and Ian Happ will be there. Would love to see Eloy or EJM get an aggressive assignment to the AFL. Gleyber Torres will be there.

    So I've read Shohei has missed some time pitching the past month but have struggled to find the exact ailment. I've seen wrist injury, blister but nothing definite (possibly because I'm bad at finding the right Japanese article to translate).
