    That makes me FIF! FIF! Dang, I was hoping I'd be the one that'd qualify us as groupthink. Oh well, six it is.

    Hunter Cantwell did a great job for Louisville...he's about as tough as they come. What a way to step up in a pressure situation. And Marcus Vick is a punk with absolutely no class. How can everyone in the world see him stomp his cleat into Dumervil's calf but none of the officials did? What a loser...... He just got out of prison so maybe he thought Dumervil was going to take his smokes? I can't believe Syracuse knocked your QB out for the year. :x Just got out of prison...? News to me. Next years premature top 5, on ESPN OSU Texas ND USC Florida If Vince Young returns, Texas has to be #1. I can't see ND ranked that high with that defense. And LSU is in my top 3. USC won't be in the top 5 next year. Call it the Krenzel Principle. End the year or start the year? End the year. Yeah, they'll probably be ranked top 5 to start, just like OSU was after their championship. That's what I thought you were trying to say - they'll probably finish next year in the top 10, especially with that defense. I think Cal will win the Pac 10 next year.

    OSU better not blow this game. The kickers haven't been too great (though you have to blame OSU's blocking partially).

    I'm glad we now know Troy Smith's opinion on AJ Hawk dating Brady Quinn's sister. I hope we can get Smardzja and Ginn's opinion too. Maybe a ballboy or two. :roll:

    Yeah, I've read good things about Matt Bernstein, the FB from Wisconsin. His blocking should go well in the Bears offense.

    Azumah has disappointed me some this year, but I agree DB is not much of a need if he's back. I can definitely see the reasoning with going WR first though. Brown's pretty old too and seems to have an injury history - the main reason I want a G. I want depth at both G and T. For me, if it comes down to St. Clair or Garza as the back T or G, I think Garza is a better back-up than St. Clair. But, if Gilles is there, I'd probably take him unless a T like Whitworth fell. Agreed. Basically, the Bears have a few positions of weaknesses, but mostly positions where they need depth and many of them can be filled depending on how the draft unfolds. Nice position to be in. By the way, I'm not interested in another developmental QB this year, especially with 2 young ones on the roster already. Why do you want another one? Burnt, go with Briggs!

    I dont fault him for the fumble he had trying to avoid the sack. The lateral to Ginn was awful. Take that away and the dude is flat out rockn the irish both in the air and on the ground. Eh, I think the first fumble was dumb too, but the second one was just inexcusable. For the most part, he's made good throws and when nothing was working, made good runs. But he's tried to force two throws that I've counted and coughed the ball up twice. EDIT: He doesn't need to force things like he did in those plays is what I'm trying to say.

    Troy Smith makes some really poor decisions, he's lucky he's got Ginn and Holmes to cover them up. OSU could be up by 4 TDs otherwise.

    Yeah, no way ND's secondary can compete with the speed of Ginn and Holmes. Stupid penalty on the part of Holmes, he could have fumbled.

    Need an OT and a G from the draft, imo. I'd rather look at DB first over WR, especially with Azumah as a FA.

    It was funny, just as they went to interview her, my affiliate lost the audio, so we didn't have to listen to her. Mine too. Yeah, same here in Pasadena. Thank goodness, I didn't want to hear that. And of course when AJ sacked Quinn, they showed a closeup of her.

    That was embarassing for OSU. Carpenter can't be that valuable to the Buckeye defense, they better make some adjustments because that Irish OL is dominating.

    I admit, I was rooting for USC that day. I love how Illini students act like they don't have a football program, they just root for another school but it's all about Illini basketball (my cousin, a freshman at Illinois, roots for Michigan come football season). But I have to admit, the worst are folks who root for USC football and UCLA basketball. Talk about front runners. There are a bunch of these folks at both LA schools.
