  1. Heh, even Tennessee, with Norm Chow at OC, passed on Leinart for Vince Young.
  2. He did great last year too, imo. POPE! POPE! POPE!
  3. That and not being used consistently.
  4. 7.2 combined poor innings this year, 120 combined good innings last year. Meanwhile, guys like Lightenberg have done what what Wuertz and Aardsma have done this year - done well at AAA - but what's to say Kerry's going to suddenly have a big league resurgence?
  5. Because he might have pitched worse then Rusch this year. Wait what am I talking about. But seriously, Ohman has looked pretty pathetic this year too. I say DFA Rusch, take the hit, send down Aardsma, and bring up Williams and Hill. But I think Ohman's limited PT has played into his struggles too.
  6. And a walk. How dare Corey try when his team is already winning? He didn't walk. Only has 1 walk on the season, apparently Oh, I was looking at the wrong day's box score. My bad. SLG at an even .500 in the middle of today's game.
  7. Hope they're paying attention to choir boy Elijiah Dukes too.
  8. Of course not! They do it every year, I don't really understand it. I've gotten used to it. By the way, I'd much rather have seen the Bears pick 4 with this draft class than the Benson draft class last season.
  9. Chocolate Milk, are you around? Is KFFL down for you too?
  10. If his outing today finally gets Rusch out of the rotation, it's been a good day for the Cubs.
  11. I don't doubt that Manning is a good prospect and I think Angelo has shown a good job picking these more obscure players, but I'm still pissed at the first round offensive talent this team has lost out on by trading down.
  12. Similar numbers, but Billingsley is 5 years younger and has much better stuff and more plus-pitches.
  13. Well done, Angelo. Well done. There had better be some nice talent in the 3rd round.
  14. According to Bensen, you don't pass up a talent like Reggie Bush. Houston did. Because Houston is cheap or stupid. Or both. I'm so mad at the Bears - didn't like trading down with the amount of talent still available. And then Marcedes gets gobbled up 2 picks later. :( Stupid? Maybe. Cheap? Absolutely not. They gave Williams 6 yrs $54 mil. They came to an pre-arranged contract with Mario Williams - I have a feeling Reggie Bush was asking for more than Houston wanted to pay, so they went to option B. I'd rather have traded down than pay #1 overall money for Mario Williams. It's not like the Texans didn't have a bunch of holes and could have used the extra picks.

  16. Trade down, plz. I wouldn't complain if the Bears took Winston Justice.
  17. Expletives. Don't take Jackson. Don't take Jackson. Don't take Jackson.
  18. That'd be such an overdraft.
  19. Who wants another RB? Everyone calling for Deangelo Williams to be picked. That was ndistops, hes a Panthers fan. i see. Notre Dame fan, not a Bears fan. That's two strikes against him In that case, I might as well tell you now. I'm a Red Wings fan. There. Strike three  Bulls and Cubs fan certainly doesn't hurt, imo.
  20. Anyone other than Lewis, Holmes, Jackson, or Jimmy Williams and I'll be upset. With the players on the board, Lewis will actually be an overdraft. Maybe, but I think we need a TE much more than we need a WR. Unless we could trade up in the 2nd and get Lewis early in the second. I want Marcedes, but only early 2nd. At 26, he's definitely an overdraft.
  21. You could possibly be the first person in this board's history besides me to have a UCLA Bruin in your sig. Kudos. Santonio, plz.
