  1. HA, I posted at another board predicting Rodriguez as the Bears sixth rounder. Two rounds early sounds about right.
  2. They're not gonna do it guys. Start your complaining now.
  3. Remember Emery said this is a good draft for projecting OT to interior line. Don't be surprised if when we do draft a lineman its someone who projects as a possible guard. My guess is James Brown, OG/OT - Troy.
  4. I downloaded an app on my phone, NFL '12 or something like that. That called McClellin a 5th round talent. Who knows when it was last updated. He certainly rose quickly the past few weeks though. That scares me, although it makes me feel a little better that the Bears/Emery has been eyeing him before he shot up.
  5. I'm not sure he's the left tackle people are hoping for, but in the fourth round... hell yea- worth a shot. Hope he falls. Other candidates for O-Line. Zebrie Sanders, OT - Florida St James Brown, OG/OT - Troy David Molk, C - Michigan Ben Jones, C - Georgia Brandon Mosley, OT - Auburn There should be a handful of interesting candidates at CB. There are a few good NT players, but probably more 3-4 guys. Then of course many good WR still around, but that would be kind of silly to grab another guy. Will be interesting since they won't pick again until the sixth. I think they're either going to trade up to ensure they get the guy they want or trade down to get another late pick.
  6. Well I wanted a third safety. Thought Hardin would be good in the 4th. Oh Well. Would have liked Thompson.
  7. Thompson falling would be great. Should be some good CBs at 79. If we could find one with some versatility to play safety, that'd be good.
  8. The reference is lost on me. But I'm gonna be cautious and say no.
  9. Whatever, Mitt.
  10. yes, i would have been happier, too. i still like jeffery, though. You're not allowed to like Wright. Sides were chosen.
  11. This I agree with. I would have liked that outcome. Hopefully Emery knows more than us. Otherwise I'm totally telling him 'I told you so'.
  12. Like the pick, but I question moving up for it.
  13. Kind of worried what we might have given up. I don't see anyone I like enough to move up for. Come on ESPN report on the trade.
  14. I'd say there is a high likelyhood a good DT is there at 50 at this point. I say beef up that Front 7. Edit- we moved up! What did we give? 5 spots. I say our 4th.
  15. They really don't. Although if he falls to the third round at least I can be moderately pleased with our third round selection.
  16. Too far. Im home now and happy to discuss the draft. Upshaw is a great pick for the Ravens. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  23. Is it like dumb to have the sig? I'm really not sure. This post is endorsed by SpongeWorthy. Brought to you by our sponsors at Tapatalk.
  24. I'm trying to remember when I was a salary cap genius. Remind me. The sig as an excuse for my typos and lazy grammar when im on my phone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I barely know what the 40 man roster is in baseball so my bar of someone qualifying as a professional sports transactions guru is admittedly pretty low. But you know cap holds, trade exemptions, and the like in hoops so it was a compliment anyway. Gotcha. Seemed out of left field in a Bears thread. This post is endorsed by SpongeWorthy.
