  1. A little random, but I wasn't reading during the game, but can anyone confirm that Bennett's TD was about the same as his TD last week by with about 10 yards less room?
  2. God why is McCarthy such a fat [expletive]
  3. So does Philly clinch with a W next week? Philly playing for the division, Chicago playing for their lives (more or less)... this is gonna be juicy Primetime next week.
  4. I mean I know age is a big deal, but after watching McCown and then Flynn against Dallas I really want Josh to get a ridiculous contract. The porn-hater deserves it.
  5. Holy [expletive], just like I said a couple weeks ago the Bears are gonna go 10-6 and miss the playoffs. Two years in a row.
  6. Should make a nice bridge to whatever CB we draft until he goes back to nickel duty.
  7. Sexy Rexy approved http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_TqOQ05h0pCw/Rx5UljBZp7I/AAAAAAAAADc/pXED5Gf2IQk/s400/rexshirt.jpg This is exactly the motif I'm thinking for our Jay meatball campaign. Who can make this and say something like "Jay leads 4th quarter comebacks"
  8. To add to what UMFan and Sulley said, also just throw on top of years of QB abuse. Eric Kramer was our greatest QB ever (not including a guy who transformed NFL offenses with the T formation). I'm gonna stick up for him more just because of that no matter how meatbally it is. But they bring up very good points as well. And I can still empathize with a anti-Cutler movement but the choice isn't McCown, but rather a few years of Cutler under which a guy we draft this year grooms under him.
  9. He's a second half QB. A guy who wins it in the 4th. I can't stress enough that this is the meatball angle we have to play up if we ever hope to make the meatballs of Chicago love him like we do. Haha thats awesome. We need to organize some sort of meatball propaganda campaign where we change the minds of the populous with the only types of backwards arguments they understand. Another argument to call into talk radio with this week: McCown didn't do anything against the Cowboys, we won because it was Bear weather Who's good with Photoshop and can create something because I'll change my FB photo.

I can't stress enough that this is the meatball angle we have to play up if we ever hope to make the meatballs of Chicago love him like we do. I googled 'Jay [expletive]' to see if there is anything out there and I don't think there is. Wow the bad word censor is really good. yeah you would expect it to suck dick but it holds up pretty well. That was the greatest post I've ever seen.

  12. Yeah, I think I'd rather give Vitters the opportunity Lake is getting. I'm one of the few that doesn't want Vitters tossed in the dumpster, but this is crazypants This. They should both be viewed with skepticism but given a chance. That's no endorsement of Vitters though. I'd give them both some more time in AAA with the hope that Vitters can become a corner IF/LF who gives Rizzo the occasional lefty off and Lake as a 4th OF/possible platoon guy who gets a decent amount of value from D. I'm sure only Vitters will get the AAA time he needs though.
  13. I think my nightmare scenario is Bears finish this one, win next week, Lions lose 1 of the next two, and then Bears lose to Packers at home and Lions win there last game sending the Bears home with tiebreaker with a 9-7 record I already said this Is Rodgers ever going to play at this point? Packers are pretty much dead in the water aren't they? Well the true worst case scenario is all that was said above plus being shredded by a GB team with nothing to play for being led by Matt Flynn.
  14. I think my nightmare scenario is Bears finish this one, win next week, Lions lose 1 of the next two, and then Bears lose to Packers at home and Lions win there last game sending the Bears home with tiebreaker with a 9-7 record I will have nothing to moan about with a 9-7 record, even with a week 17 loss to GB. Gotta win 10.
  15. Nothing more meatbally than 4th Q comebacks so all you guys in Chicago should be okay this week.
  16. Things Jay has done wrong today; 2 INT, a false start, and a hold (I think)
  17. If we lose, we'll just have to support starting Jay because it gives us the best chance to tank. It will take a unified front, but we can confuse the meatballs.
  18. All those PATs come back to bite NCC. Would have been sweet, but NCC has become a pretty dominant D3 team over the past several years so I'm sure we haven't seen the last from them. Great game though, gonna have to re-watch later.
  19. NCC making this a great game!
  20. Damn, went up and just threw a pick 6.
  21. The backup generally has the advantage of not having film or having the defense prepped for him. Cutler wouldn't have that opportunity. The good news is that the Browns are probably too feeble to take advantage of it. In any case, the last time Cutler was sent into start coming back from injury he clearly wasn't healthy and was summarily executed by the Lions. That's worrisome enough. Well, yeah, nobody wants him out there if he's in that condition. Everyone wanting him out there clearly is doing so with the hopes that the Bears have learned their lesson from that debacle. It is funny... when you look at the "Cutler losses" there was one bad offensive showing against the Saints and then his injury debacle against the Lions. Then there was a game where our offense put up 32 but our D gave 40 (Although from memory, to be fair, I think one score was one Cutler) . That wraps up the Cutler losses right? So subtract shitty D and play Cutler when he/s healthy and I think we're good.

  23. FTW North for President of NSBB. Kind of implied, isn't it? The [expletive] site is named after him, isn't it? I believes its named after one side of his base ball. ??
