Rich Harden - The best starting pitcher in MLB this year?

His peripherals are flat out obscene. His K/9 is ridiculous. His K/BB is ridiculous. His ERA is ridiculous. His ERA+ is ridiculous. Only thing he doesn't have is the W-L numbers. -
I know the timing is odd...but check the stats A case can definitely be made.

The baseless optimism by some is almost as annoying as the baseless pessimism displayed by most in the game threads. I have a feeling it'd be a tie if there were nearly as many making baseless good predictions. When you are 20+ over .500 and are leading the game, there is no such thing as baseless optimism. Saying, "WE'RE GONNA WIN!" all the time means nothing. It's just somebody being optimistic for the sake of being optimistic.
