    well, yeah, but i just didn't understand why we weren't beating it. TV numbers for pretty much down for everything when you like at a timeframe like that due to all of the the changes in watching/streaming/etc. options. great point

    by the way, that 2004 game that got beat was the 2004 prior/clemens game where todd walker just missed the cycle and instead hit a 2nd HR. i totally remember watching that. and then i watched real world san diego and found out that a phobia of tall boats was a thing.

    eh. has he had that many at bats? he crushed a ball today that broxton died making a miraculous catch on I think he's had 20 ABs or so which isn't a ton but its the type of frequency he should expect to see ABs in his role (20 AB over 15 games) i don't mean that he necessarily needs more to be good. i mean that whatever he has done in that sample is meaningless.

    I've been saying that for a couple years now. But the guy took a month off and now hasn't hit for a month since coming back. I'd try and get him more playing time this week to see if he can get it together but I'm not sure he can hit anymore. It's not an attitude thing but taking a month off to hang at the jersey shore hasn't helped and could have had a real negative effect. eh. has he had that many at bats? he crushed a ball today that broxton died making a miraculous catch on
