    You keep forgetting to mention, though, this is happening to get arguably the best defensive second baseman in the majors in the lineup. I'll take the Almora heyward of with zobrist at 2b against this OF with Baez at 2b.

    It's only weird because it's our guy. Velocity readings are up everywhere except on balls he threw. I'm not super concerned since the stuff was still good and the Cardinals were shutdown but to pretend it's not at least a red flag is weird. [tweet] [/tweet]

    It's better than a Zobrist 2B lineup...mostly because that means Zobrist has to play second base I'm fine with Zobrist at 2B. His arm in RF just irks me, especially compared with what we're used to there. Almora CF and Heyward RF is just so much better defensively than Heyward CF and Zobrist RF.
