yep, lmfao If not knowing the lyrics to a Birdman song makes me old, I'll take it The fact that you think you have to even know of that songs existence to have heard that phrase (I didn't - I was just making a joke because it was a Birdman song and the guy's name is NOLA ffs) only made this whole thing worse.

You are right that was probably a 5 or 6 PM start. I just remember it being miserably hot outside. I remember it being gloriously unseasonably warm. Too bad that was the only good thing about that day. Game time weather listed as 82 and sunny

i mentioned this at some point before, but green bay's defense is so bad. i know everyone wants to give trubisky that long week to prep for minnesota, but that's a much better defense than green bay. there's not gonna be some ideal scenario, but the vaunted packers are as easy a target as any.

I'm taking full credit for that. Nice call on the win but this game isn't fooling anyone on Glennon and the team is closer than you think it is. I still say it's an 8-8 team once you put Mitch in there. They held a real good offense to 17 points even with the offense turning it over twice, got some sacks and could've had a number of picks today that hopefully they'll start holding onto. Then anyone who wants to argue that the running game isn't awesome...welp...go right ahead. Charging the field for a win without the threat of a pass was real impressive. And I'll say it again, you can't evaluate this receiving corps yet. Unless you've got the all-22 I don't know how anyone can make any definitive statement about whether the TEs and WRs are getting open. This chickenhorsefeathers at QB can see past his RBs in the passing game. So of course it's everyone's own perogstive to go on hammering the team and offense, but I think you're all wrong and Mitch is going to elevate this team and this offense to respectability. Hopefully this week. 8-8 I know I've seen more than a few clips of Glennon panicking, freezing, and taking unnecessary sacks with guys open.

I'm taking full credit for that. i know i'm responding to a not all that serious post here, but yeah...ownership/management thinking the team is close should be all the more reason to bench him but while they might publicly try to spin this game as a positive for glennon, there's no way they actually think that. the playcalling shows it.
