Pierre the last 2 weeks: .265/.294/.346/.640 It's an improvement, but still unacceptably awful. -
Mizzou gets revenge on Pepperdine, downing them 4-1 to force a deciding game tomorrow night! How about Rick Zagone and Aaron Crow, both true freshman, both throw complete games in elimination games in the NCAA tournament. 18 IP, 2 ER, 12 H, 2 BB, 10 K's of freshman sensation. Well done boys.

Jacque roaming center? Noooooooo Does it matter that much who's playing bad CF defense? Well, if we're giving up on the season and moving Jones there because we've dealt Pierre and gotten a bat for RF, then I'm okay with that. But beyond this lost cause of a season I really don't want to see Jones in CF for an extended period of time. -

It's also been reported by independent sources like BA that Rowell has good plate discipline. -
Murton didn't look all that great today, but he was taking a lot of pitches and nearly everything was getting called a strike, even if it wasn't. I wouldn't worry about Murton as a player based on his performance today, but I am worried about what Clines and friends are trying to instill in him.

Nevin doesn't provide anything against RHP. 2006: .197/.298/.371/.669, 151 PA's 2005: .253/.285/.387/.672, 266 PA's Womack's garbage too, but he's gotten off to a hot start(10 for 28 v. RHP) so there's potential for that to continue. -
