But if contact is made and the defender has their back to the play, they are going to call it every time. There was contact? It looked like they brushed hands at best. He prevented Manningham from coming to the ball. That's interference. not if the Manningham doesn't come back for the ball and there is contact, unless he fact guards, which he didn't do. He didn't face guard him? What he did pretty much defines face guarding, he wasn't looking for the ball and making a play on the receiver. The ball hit him in the shoulder to boot.

Sounds like my 2/17 suggestion(7/8/Team option 8 w/ 2 mil buyout) would've done it.

Texas barely gets by St. John's by 1 in the Coaches v. Cancer consolation. Playing with a truckload of young players is an experience. Michigan State is down 9 to Maryland early in the 2nd half, again on ESPN2 for those interested.

No one's saying his 2004 production was bad, just expecting it to ever occur again or get close isn't a good idea. We shouldn't be concerned on what he has done, just what he will do. He didn't have a terrible BABIP last season. It was slightly worse than average. His 2004 and 2005 were bigger anamolies and helped him. He had it coming. 2004: 14.1 LD%, .272 BABIP against 2005: 18.0 LD%, .287 BABIP against 2006: 17.3 LD%, .322 BABIP against I'd say that his 2006 is much more flukish, and I think you could make the argument that 2004 and 2005 aren't too out of whack either.
