  1. I have a similar dilemma in my keeper league, 3 keepers. QB- McNabb RB- Parker, Jones-Drew, Addai WR- TO, Houshmandzadeh
  2. It'd be really great if Fox would switch me to the Denver-SF game instead of the Philly-Atlanta game which has exactly zero meaning. I'm not exactly local to any of these teams either, please give me reason to watch.
  3. Is the tiebreaker process for draft placement the same as it is for playoff position? I'm wondering if Tampa has the 3rd or 4th pick.
  4. Vince Young has 2 minutes to get 10 points with no timeouts starting at his own 36. Godspeed. EDIT: nevermind, gamechannel didn't update for the penalty, game over EDIT2: Now it's 17 points in 1:45
  5. So it's Denver, Tennessee, and KC still alive for the last spot, in that order. If Denver wins they're in, Tennessee needs to come back and a Denver loss, and KC needs them both to lose.
  6. Who were you starting over Roy Williams?
  7. Is Northwestern State one of those on line schools? They're the team that beat Iowa in the tourney last year with the miracle 3.
  8. Seriously Gus Johnson, please shut up about Quinn Gray already. He's led a couple TD drives, super. His team's still down 2 scores.
  9. If I were a Chiefs fan I'd be ready to rip out Gus Johnson's vocal chords. Jacksonville brings in their 3rd string QB and leads them to a TD and he is slobbering over him every step of the way.
  10. Holy crap what a punt block by that chiefs player. He blocked it with the back of his hand then ran it down 20 yards back at the goal line for the TD. Wow.
  11. I had upper 20s on them too. At least it seems a lot of people put at least 20 on VT. My entry is pretty shot to pieces though. I have almost the fewest possible points left.
  12. No, the Bulls would draw the Raptors, who are currently the 4 seed. The Bulls and Cavs are essentially tied at the moment, too. Both 2 games back of the Pistons. I knew I should've trusted ESPN's page completely.
  13. Actually, the Bulls are the 5 seed right now, despite having the 3rd best winning percentage. If the playoffs started today they'd be playing the Cavaliers, and the Cavs would have HCA. It's such a stupid rule that the division winners get the top 3 seeds.
  14. I hadn't seen it either but that's a pretty deliberate slam to the ground while Deng was up in the air completely exposed. I have no problem with a hard foul going for the ball, but he didn't even attempt to get the ball. went for the neck, then grabbed the shoulder and threw him down. short of a football tackle, I'm not sure how it gets much worse. I'm not trying to say it was clean, it was dirty and I understand the feelings considering Posey's past and who got fouled. That said, I don't see any throw down on Posey's part. are you looking at the same video as I am? Deng is coming straight down after the initial foul then his legs suddenly come out from under him. look at the video at about 1:08. whys does Posey's left leg kick out, other than to gain leverage to slam Deng down? why does he follow through with the right arm to the point where it almost hits the hardwood? it's a blatant slam to the ground. Yes, I'm watching the same video. Posey nearly clotheslines him, but I don't see the malicious follow through. You're convinced otherwise. I won't try to sway you though, it's a trivial detail since we both agree it was an unnecessary and dirty foul.
  15. He'd be worth an NRI. He's a bit redundant with DeRosa, Theriot, and to a lesser extent Cedeno, Fontenot, and Moore. In fact, my personal preference would be to give Fontenot a legitimate chance to win a bench job.

  17. Rutgers picks up two touchdowns in the first 4 minutes of the 3rd quarter. 30-10 now. And a horrible fumble call in aTm's favor. Lynch clearly crossed the plane before he fumbled, at least it's getting reviewed.
  18. Reading the responses before I saw the video, I thought it would be worse than it actually was.
  19. Well, this is why you weren't a head coach before now. Waste all your time outs icing the kicker when there's more than 5 seconds left.
  20. By 2010 we'd have to annex Greenland just to house the building. Dawson is not one of baseball's all time greatest players. Not even close.
  21. that's pretty ballsy to go to the screen there
  22. There's nothing quite like watching an offensive lineman catch and run with the ball.
  23. Especially since you put at least 20 points on two underdogs from the Big 12. The K-State one is the big one. I don't think OSU-Bama or aTm-Cal are on different levels. Maybe not, but that's different than putting 3 of your top 13 confidence rankings on OSU and aTm. You're looking pretty good with the OSU pick though. I just thought that was a terrible game (two .500 teams) and didn't feel good putting much faith in either team. Like I said earlier, I put a lot of higher confidence points on games I thought I'd be going against the grain with. Shoot for the moon, no one remembers the difference between 5th and 10th place in these leagues.
  24. Especially since you put at least 20 points on two underdogs from the Big 12. The K-State one is the big one. I don't think OSU-Bama or aTm-Cal are on different levels. The big thing about all 3 of those teams is they've improved as the season went on. KSU almost lost to Illinois State at home in the opening week, and a couple weeks ago they beat Texas. OSU got smacked by Baylor, then they spanked Nebraska and took OU to the wire. aTm ended strong by beating Texas, especially compared to Cal who lost 2 of their last 3(and the win was a close game against awful Stanford).
