  2. Hahaha oh jeez I guess that's a nice crutch to have while many of our stalwarts are struggling I made that number up, btw It looks like the actual mark is about .650 or so, which is the best in the NL by about 60-70 points.
  3. missed his spot by a foot, borderline, 0-2 count oof
  4. from my back of the envelope calculation, our pitchers now have a .877 OPS
  5. That probably would have been better because Fowler would've hustled more and kept Molina to a double.
  6. Jorge, they stopped doing player animations that bad with the Dreamcast
  7. Roundemacher tripper yeah, not great
  8. Sure would've liked that 2-2 pitch that's been called all night so far
  9. you got the guy wrong but the handedness right (er....) No, I meant Martinez tomorrow, if he's a potentially good matchup for Ross, then that makes sense
  10. don't really get why Montero is playing today, is Martinez's repertoire reverse split friendly?
  11. I would've sworn that it was down the left field line http://i.imgur.com/AXHodFE.gif
  12. Is that going to block the views from Murphy's Please tell me it's going to block the views from Murphy's
  13. I was gonna make a joke, but instead this warning: Do not, I repeat do NOT, google image search 'too many teeth'.
  14. I'd expect to see Soler and Ross today, then La Stella and Montero tomorrow, given the LH night/RH day combo the next two days.
  15. Not that anyone expected the Reds to make a run, but their quick start dissipated real quick. They've lost 6 of their last 7, and they get the Cubs(and the top of their rotation) for 4 games this weekend.
  16. why would that be surprising? ideally, no, but i think that the likelihood that the 6th or 7th SP on your depth chart gets a start at some point is probably better than 50% :shrugs: Personally he'd be my first choice to start in the bunch. He's got the best resume of the bunch as a starter and is actually the youngest one still. That 3-2 changeup was an experiment he could afford at 5-0 with two outs. I dug it, even though the pitch sucked. This post really confused me, then I realized I watched the entire bottom of the 9th thinking that Warren was pitching when it was actually Cahill.
  17. Dexter Fowler, who as you recall was available to any team for a few dollars after the start of spring training, currently leads the majors in fWAR as we approach the 10% mark of the season.
  18. They're in the early portion of 28 games in 29 days, I imagine that workload for the best reliever on the team won't be something that's an enduring issue.
  19. I have a buddy who got $11 seats to tonight's game. He claims he has an option for < $5 seats for the Phillies weekday series in a couple weeks.
