Wagner should be our #1 priority IMO. I'd throw 2/25 at him and laugh all the way to the bank. A pen of Wagner, Williamson, and Dempster would set up a nasty 7-8-9, much like Houston's a few years ago. Then anchor those guys with pitchers like Van Buren, Wellemeyer and Ohman or Novoa and we have a semi-reliable bullpen for once. Hopefully. Unless something goes wrong, which it most certainly will. I'd throw together a package of prospects centered around Wellemeyer or Hill and send them to Cinci ASAP. Dunn's price will be steeper if he's traded mid-season, particularly since it's a contract year and he's likely to go crazy with the bat. I could see Hendry making a move for a guy like Bartolo Colon. This is a pathetic free agent class all around. I wouldn't mind Bartolo for one year, considering this team's dire need for one or two more starters, and the fact that he's a FA after 06 (I believe). Wagner's age concerns me, since as a guy with his build ages, he's likely to lose a little off his stuff, IMO. Colon is a free agent after 2007, he makes 10 mil this year, 14 mil next year, and 16 mil in 2007.
