I don't think so. I have him higher than 3 others that went in the 1st (Beason, Spencer, Blalock) It really depends on the system I guess. If the Bear continue to run a cover 2, Alexander would be ok but I think he is rather limited. Beason didn't produce quite like Rufus did, but he's got more versatility, he is bigger, and he is quicker. For a team like the Bears, Spencer would be a DE which significantly lowers his value but for a 3-4 team he is probably one of the best rush OLBs.
