    larhur - what makes you think the Yankees would want to spend seven roster spots on those guys when you don't even want most of them on the Cubs anymore?

    Sorry to wipe out the new post flags. I suddenly realized that I had changed the cookies to read the IP address instead of "northsidebaseball.com". I think that's why people were having problems. When I changed it back to the way it is supposed to be, I think that wiped out everyone's cookies who is currently viewing the forum in the regular UI. It certainly wiped out mine. I hate not being able to sleep, but sometimes it comes in handy for unconsciously solving problems.

    Did you clear your cookies and restart your browser?

    In my efforts to combat the bots and the denial of service attacks, I've installed a piece of software that limits the number of open sessions per IP address to eight. If you get that error message, please let me know. It's one of the things I'm trying to use to prevent the connection errors from recurring. But if it gets in the way, I'll remove it. (btw - I only installed that safeguard on the regular UI. Logging into premium shouldn't be an issue with that mod)

    Something isnt right with the indicator for new posts. Can you clear out your cookies and start a fresh session and let me know if that works?

    Actually, the Astros are well known for having one of the most highly developed pipelines into Venezuela. I think it is simply an anomoly that their roster is currently constructed that way.

    No offense, but i doubt that many Sox fans care about support from cubs fans. They have a little more to think about then support from cubs fans. I meant Ozzie & the Sox, not the fans.

    What really bugs me about the regular UI is how the threads get marked read/unread. I can't adjust after using premium and it only marking things read if I've actually read them. You can shut down the browser and bring it back up, you can let it sit idle for an hour, etc. and not lose your place. Also, on active threads I like that it takes you to the actual newest post instead of the first one when you started your session.

    Really weird error in the premium UI. I can't use any of the main screens (index, viewforum, viewtopic) as they all give database errors. But I can use the admin panel, the search page, the usergroup page and others. Interesting note on the search I ran as a test...In my 18K posts over 1000 have the word "Hendry" in them. :!:

    Better yet, some one put together an ex-Indians team.The ex-Indians would beat: C - Hernandez 1B - Giambi 2B - 3B - SS - Tejada OF - Damon OF - Dye OF - SP - Hudson SP - Mulder SP - SP - SP - RP - Foulke RP - I'm too busy to fill in the blanks, but that's a serious start to a great MLB team. Ugh, I wanted some one else to do the heavy lifting. I'll start it out for the indians. C - 1B - Sexson 2B - Kent 3B - Branyon SS - Vizquel OF - Giles OF - Manny OF - Milton Bradley DH - Casey, Thome SP - Colon SP - Jaret Wright SP - SP - SP - RP - Mesa RP - Kline RP - Taverez RP - Mercker RP - Baez Yikes.     lol - I'm working on it! Bastard ISP company (ipowerweb) that I used to use, though, now tells me that domain transfers can only take place during business hours, so it will be 24 hours from tomorrow morning until the change gets propogated completely through the net. As if they needed to give me more reason to feel good about leaving them. grrr.
