Greenie used to cover sports in chicago, but I don't know if he's a cub fan. Golic definitely not. When they agreed to do the 7th inning stretch, they spent about a half hour on the air acting like they'd just won the power ball.

Well, to be honest, I really don't see Lilly being #2 in the playoffs even if we didn't acquire another starter. I still see your point, though. I'm still holding out hope to end the season with a rotation of Zambrano, Sabathia, Hill, Dempster, Lilly. I don't have much, if any, faith that Rich Hill will figure out a damn thing this year. He's done for 2008, IMO. I hate hearing it, but you may be right. FTH Hill how dare you let us down?
