  1. It's just so gd good
  2. if he were to wind up in Seattle, he basically did
  3. There's an article in the JS that talks about possible reasons for not franchising him. http://www.jsonline.com/sports/packers/141519333.html
  4. Don't bother me with details. Get him.
  5. Allen would be sufficient.
  6. Because Glass Rip is hurt again. Crap that's what I thought it was going to be :(
  7. What do you mean we now need a move @ sg? Did they announce something? We're destroying these guys.
  8. And now Rose has to sit.
  9. I know it's not under his control but I hate when a guy can't stay healthy. Stop getting injured dammit.
  10. If all else is equal I'm sure VJax would choose to play with Cutler. But the Skins may just overpay to tip the scales.
  11. It sure seemed more on the "dumb" side than the "having fun" side to me....
  12. We just beat them in their building. Who's worried?
  13. Colston reeks of Muhsin Muhammad for me. Colston is a few years younger than Moose was when the Bears signed him, but Colston has had several knee surgeries. A 29-year old, with a knee history, coming from the most prolific passing offense of all time....I just think he's going to fail to live up to expectations. I'd rather go after Vincent Jackson, if the Bears are going after someone beyond 27. I wouldn't hate signing Colston, because it's obviously a huge need and he'd clearly be the best WR on the roster. But I wouldn't expect more than 2 solid years from him before he becomes overpaid. He seems like quality, but only because we are in such a bad position. I agree. He might be a decent signing for us, but if we truly want to turn the tables on our WR situation we would need to shoot higher.
  14. top 5 running back? saying it doesn't make it so. and i'm not understanding the difference between being replaceable and not being that good. forte is not close to being a top 5 running back so he shouldn't be paid like it. being "not that good" could absolutely mean that someone is replaceable. it could also mean that forte isn't as good as people think he is compared to other running backs and not worthy of a huge long-term deal. that's not a huge stretch in logic. the idea that he is replaceable means that his numbers and production could be found easily elsewhere. hence, he's not that good. He's harder to judge because pure running isn't really where he shines. It's more the total yardage he produces in the offense, particularly the pass catching. I definitely agree he's replaceable. I like the franchise tag, and I think the likelihood he won't be franchised a 2nd year is relatively high. I'm all for not having strings attached when it comes to Forte. Don't sign him longterm.
  15. Violation: statement not allowed until after the 9th inning of opening day.
  16. Yep. Very nice.
  17. Well, we're winning after 2. And beating Detroit in Detroit is extraordinary. So as of right now, I'm liking where we are at. Just need to play 1 solid period against a good team.
  18. Hah. 8.5 for the reference.
  19. He didn't destroy the Patriots for SpyGate and that was straight up cheating so I dunno what he'll do to the Saints, but obviously with the NFL so concerned lately with concussions and all that the punishment definitely won't be light. Yeah, I think they'll be punished more because it put other players at serious risk. Although, I doubt the Saints invented this.... It sounds like the NFL is trying to get ahead of the story, issuing statements and hinting at potential punishments. I'll bet there were other teams doing something similar.
  20. Cubs back Dino http://www.suntimes.com/sports/baseball/cubs/10993469-573/ryan-braun-urine-collector-endorsed-by-cubs.html
  21. Well I was too lazy to do any research, but I suspected something like this would be the case.
  22. WILL NOT LET THEM COME BACK! D-Rose mastery.
  23. That's what you are supposed to do all the time Korver.
  24. Moose/Bradley isn't even close to what we're talking about here.
