Doesn't Carolina have an awful defense? Or at least they did last year. I would think of anything, the game would be high scoring on both sides, similar to last year's game. The defense is due for a bit of a letdown game, and you know Chico is likely pulling out all the stops in this one, given that its the Bears and his job is on the line. FO has 'em ranked #17 in Def DVOA, I believe. Not good, but not horrible.

OK. That's funny. But I think the Irish are going down tonight. Mostly I'm hoping for a great game though.

My prediction: Bears 17 Panthers 13 I doubt the Bears will cover that spread, and I'm generally expecting a low-scoring game. The Panthers aren't good because they keep figuring out how to wind up on the short end of the score. But -- they've only been blown out once. Cutler won't be 100%. I think the Bears gameplan will feature a heavy dose of Forte/Bush.

Sadly, losing WRs doesn't seem to slow down the Packers passing attack. It did for a little while, but they seem to have adjusted now, to the loss of Jennings. The Packers are pretty good at this stuff, unfortunately.

I'm not so sure. I want to believe he could, but with our blocking and the way Tice calls plays? We wouldn't know until we tried, that's the problem. I don't see why Cutler can't just wear a vest next week.
