  1. Not sure how Cutler's doing this. A torn groin is nasty stuff. Maybe the groin just wasn't as bad to begin with.
  2. Then we'll realize he's a turd again.
  3. Man, I hate being unable to watch when I'm traveling, especially on a night when the Bulls reek. I need a sling box or something.
  4. I wouldn't count on that, but the good news is that MLB.tv is better anyway. I've had both and prefer EI for picture quality and no buffering, but MLBTV is cheaper and I can watch it at work, so it wins. I did mlb.tv this year. No buffering on my connection, and I was able to get decent picture quality on my TV with HDMI port. The real downside is seeing the same [expletive] Viagra commercial 10,000 times.
  5. He played damn good for him. Is more required?
  6. So they accept Incognito, the human cesspool, as an 'honorary' black man but reject the Stanford educated REAL black man. Sounds like the leadership has failed on every level in Miami. I'll bet Incognito thought the situation in Miami was fantastic. He'd been kicked to the curb by other organizations multiple times, now suddenly he becomes the de facto leader on an NFL team. Wins a Good Guy award. Must've felt to him like vindication, of sorts. Then the coaches come to him and ask him to fix their problem, no less.
  7. He should have waited for Incongito to threaten him in person then "stood his ground". Hell yeah
  8. I wonder how many of these out-of-the-woodwork mccown fanboys think he's the hot, young up and comer -- rather than the 34 year old looking for a final shot after a decade of nfl failure. I'm guessing quite a few.
  9. OK, you are crazy :) Seriously though, I'm dying for a big upset to happen, and after watching the Jets beat the Saints and Tampa taking the Seahawks to OT in Seattle ---anything is possible.
  10. that's a pretty brutal redraft Who redoes a draft 1/2 season later? The NFL Draft Lead Writer for a site, who is twiddling his thumbs waiting for next year's combine.
  11. That's fantastic.
  12. Things going against the Bears: -No Cutler -No Briggs -No or limited Tillman -Defense was bad even before those injuries -On road -Facing top 5 offense Things going for the Bears: -coming off bye week? -Packers have injuries too? Yeah I don't see it Keshawn I'd be hesitant to pick the Bears, also. But, shockingly enough, the favorite doesn't always win. right...it just seems like a lot of things are going against us in this one. That page isn't loading correctly on my computer. Is he taking the points and picking the Bears? Or is he just straight up picking the Bears to win. I can see taking the points....but not picking the Bears to win the game. Too many key injuries, too many disadvantages.
  13. Gonna see baseball playoff beards now, forever.
  14. I was beginning to wonder if Wacha would ever get tagged up.
  15. Poor guy. I can hardly hold back the tears.
  16. Bulls are pretty good at winning basketball games, but ok. They're pretty good at winning regular season games (Thibodeau is 157-73) but Tom Thibodeau is 16-18 in the playoffs. And it's not all on him. This team has lacked a scorer for years. Eventually you might want to get one. Don't leave us hanging. Give us your master stroke of GMing that will acquire a great scorer while preserving the core of the team.
  17. Probably, but it does sound like he could be back earlier than the 4 week diagnosis. Maybe BM was right all along.
  18. I'll be in SF, watching this catastrophe from a hotel bar. Packers 42, Bears 17.
  19. That's the real Cardinals right there isn't it. On the surface, best fans ever, great small town team done good, knights in shining armor for the poor midwest, play the game the right way, yada yada. Underneath? Muuuuch different story.
  20. Gonna be a jolly good time. For a quarter or so.
  21. I'd love to call BS on the Cardinals but I think it was the right call. And these crappy throws that the Red Sox keep making in key moments of the game. Not really conducive to winning a World Series. They are literally throwing away the series right now.
  22. What a giant steaming pile of failure from the Cowboys.
  23. Every cards reliever can dial up a 98+ mph heater and it pisses me off.
