There were an awful lot of basic runs yesterday that's for sure. It wasn't all that effective but I guess they didn't feel comfortable with the downfield game. In OT too. Gase baffles me sometimes. To your point B3 I would have liked a better 1st & 2nd down too. It was simply more of what they did most of the game and I kept wondering why it wasn't a more creative offense a lot sooner. Still this one is on Gould.

Yes, early in the year as I remember it. He's too expensive to keep around if he doesn't nail pretty much every field goal. Today is going to weigh heavily against him.

Lots of injuries especially that OL. Mediocre receivers who played above their heads earlier in the year. Drop off in production from Lahey. Frustration building up. And frankly Rodgers isn't playing well. He's missing more throws than ever. ...leave it to the Lions to send the emotional Packer curve from a 10-year low to sky high in about 15 minutes of game time.
