Agreed. The PI is the call I have a problem with -
How much of Mack's disappearance is his injury vs. teams adjusting to him? It's hard to believe how fast the D went from awesome to terrible but here we are. That's the biggest thing I see, not Mitch's play. The D is going to see this same offensive scheme for the rest of year, but not every team can execute it like the Pats. I see a mix of good and bad teams left on the schedule. Win the next 2 and maybe the confidence level rises enough to beat the Lions @ home, leaving us 6-3 heading into a tough game vs. the Vikes. I didn't expect much yesterday, so I guess the Bears outperformed. I'm much more upset about the Dolphins loss and right now I'm dumbfounded by the cliff-drop of the D over the past two weeks, even with Mack's injury.

The short passes were Green Bay’s method of beating the Bears week one. Other than tackling better, can the Bears do anything to adapt? We’ll find out, that’s for sure.

Gassed defense and a lack of pressure that is no longer masking a mediocre secondary. It’s not like they didn’t have breathers in between. If they’re gassed they need to up the cardio
