    He'll never be able to move a big beefer like that, especially not a pro bowler. Frankly I think think it's bad playcalling to expect him to. But that's JMHO. I agree we need to be able to pound out yards, but this is one of the very best.

    Yes I would have preferred to at least make SD beat us with their plays instead of just handing them the football over and over. We giftwrapped this game for them. The loss is deserved.

    More TD passes than Grossman More TD runs than Benson It was a terrible day by his standards but he still has 2 TD under his belt and he's undoubtedly the best RB in football. Let the man pose. I like you but you are incredibly annoying in a Bears game thread. If you were within arm's reach you'd have a black eye right about now. Oh come on, man. And yet people are accusing me of breaking the rules around here? I'm on a baseball site talking about a football game. I'm not starting fights, and I'm not saying anything near as venomous as gets said every single day in baseball threads on the board. I dont know what it is about football but people get so much more defensive over these games then even cubbies games. You're not near me, I'm not threatening you. But if you were sitting in the same room and started pulling out the "Oh Please" crap I'd pop you one. That is all.

    Are you talking about the Steven Jackson one? I think I like that one even more than the LDT commercial. Say what you will about Nike, but they always come up with awesome advertising. Nice commercial -- I've grown a bit tired of the obligatory two-word slogans they come out with though.

    Rex may not be making a negative contribution, but he isn't providing much of a positive one at this point either. Not that I disagree, but Rex's few long throws have comprised pretty much the totality of our offense today. Benson has largely been crap.

    No kidding. Look at that replay they just showed. It's not even close. oh well! our star LB is clean so we need to even it out somehow Oh please. Seriously though; i dont understand how you guys can all be so fair (and often, too harsh) when it comes to the cubs. But when it comes to the bears; they can do no wrong. That call was complete BS and it wasnt even close. You know as well as I do if that had been the other way around you guys would be complaining (and rightfully so) like there is no tomorrow. That's a completely ridiculous comment.
