  1. I like that Smith throws strikes. Not a nibbler.
  2. Celebratory hot ham and cheese sandwiches for everyone!
  3. The bank of america llama commercials are laughable. I wish I knew what demographic the marketing team that came up with them thought they were appealing to.
  4. Oh, JD was talking about exit velocity on KB's double and it was 104, but he sarcastically speculated it was only 101. Then as he said that rizzo popped out and he speculated that one was around 47mph. Earlier he was talking about wolves and the jungle. Wainwright threw one right over the plate to russell and jd said "that was aggressive, putting it right down broadway already down 4... I suppose I should say right down addison" I dunno, just lots of little things.
  5. And to finish off my trifecta of odd posts with regards to lavatorial practices, isn't the human body designed to relieve itself better when squatting as opposed to sitting?
  6. I also think it's terrifically hysterical that I first saw this thread whilst on the toilet taking a glorious post 10-win streak dump. Just laying that out there.
  7. I'll proudly admit I'm a stander and have been for practically as long as I remember. That having been said, I'm husky/larger/fat and I honestly have no clue if that has affected my wiping protocol.
  8. I was gonna say, I have as much faith in carls jr as I do in strop. Recency bias might be in play, but still.
  9. Ah, see, I'm not too crazy for brownies or cookies or sweets, but give me a moist yellow cake with frosting and I can make it disappear.
  10. And I get the whole crapshoot thing, a very persistent voice in the back of my head will keep reminding me of it while I'm watching the games in October. I'm still going to go into every series confident that the better team should win, and I think the Cubs will be that better team against pretty much everyone. Bring on the Cards or anyone else.
