    I think between Russell, Castro and Soler we will have guys who will get on base in the 1 and 2 spots. If Alcantara grows in to it it would be all the better with his speed and switch hitting, but I'm not as confident with him getting more ABs than I would be with the 3 guys listed above

    I'm going to have to turn off my sigs because of this freaking thing. I love our guys as much as you all, but seeing their smiling faces on every post is annoying the [expletive] out of me.

    I can see it now, coming off our first WS win led by Castro, Javy and Russell in the infield, we will piss everyone off by having Torres as the best prospect in the game. The kind of stuff the mid 90's-early 00's Yankee and Braves teams used to pull.

CF Alcantara 2. SS Castro 3. 1B Rizzo 4. LF Stanton 5. 3B Bryant 6. RF Soler 7. 2B Russell/Baez 8. C Castillo/Schwarber Me likey.

    How many millions did he get in his bonus? $3.9m, which is enough to give him the opportunity to move on from his high school girlfriend and not enough to keep her locked down in perpetuity. So stupid. Baseball groupies are the hottest. I used to work with this girl that dated a minor league baseball player that I never heard of. She was absolutely smoking. On her first day, she walks into the cafeteria we had and literally every single person in there (men and women) stopped and stared at her while she walked thru. About 5'8", blonde, perfect shape, gorgeous smile. The chick who was a glorified lunch lady (but halfway decent looking for a 50 year old chick) admitted to having a girl crush on her. A group of lesbians tried to hit on her every day (one trained her, the other 2 were a couple and he friend). What about this qualifies her as a "groupie" and not just a "girlfriend"?
