The Reds announcers are mentioning this and believe his arm angle has dropped. Maybe he has a tired arm. I don't know why, he only leads the league in PAB with 112 pitches a game. Arroyo's also throwing his fastball fairly slowly. I think the radar might be a few ticks slow.
