  1. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere we go again.
  2. That hit and run kinda sorta worked.
  3. Ryan Howard was there to greet him at 1B.
  4. Might want to finish that sentence.
  5. I get the feeling Theriot's going to bunt.
  6. With Aaron Miles as the sole survivor.
  7. I'm calling the Cubs to lose by forfeit when thousands of fans come out onto the field and commit ritual suicide by injecting heroin directly into their foreheads.
  8. Would have been funny if he came back out and refused to call it foul.
  9. Seriously, what a horrifyingly bad call.
  10. Not even close. why is 2006 more frustrating? that was an awful team. this is a good team that plays like [expletive] morons 95% of the time. 2006 wasn't frustrating at all. Like you said, that team just sucked. 2004, this year and the first few months of 2007 were way more frustrating than 2006 was. It was frustrating to watch a team like that play in Cubs uniforms every day. I hated that team with a passion. REPLAY!
  11. He's blown at least two saves against the Cubs off the top of my head. Granted, those times were when he was with the Astros...but still.
  12. Not even close. actually, it is.in 2006, we knew we had a crap team on our hands from the get go, but now, we have a high pay roll team that should be steamrolling their way to the top, and they cant hang. I submit to you the following names: Dusty Baker Jacque Jones Neifi Perez Juan Pierre John Mabry Freddie Bynum Cesar Izturis Tony Womack Glendon Rusch With the exception of Aaron Miles, no one on this team comes remotely close to those piles of trash.
  13. That was one of the most sickeningly cute things I've ever seen. I loved every moment of it.
  14. I wouldn't even put his ceiling at Jake Fox. Ridling's never played any position but 1B and, as mentioned above, he doesn't play it particularly well. Plus, Fox actually has some semblance of patience at the plate.
  15. The BBs and Ks are still issues, but he's hitting enough to at least merit a bench spot at this point.
  16. Didn't see this posted anywhere. Ted Lilly to Rehab with Peoria Chiefs on Wednesday
