His finally AB on Monday had me fuming. I usually don't get upset at the players because I know they are good athletes, care about winning, give a good effort, and if they make mistakes, then they likely feel pretty bad about it. However, Soriano outright pissed me off. That might have been the laziest at bat I have ever seen from a non-pitcher. He obviously wasn't even trying. It was pretty sick. Lou has decided to punish him by making him run wind sprints this inning.

You say underachieved. I say age began to catch up with them. Outside of Soriano, who can you really say that about? Derrick Lee had probably his second best season... the downgrade in performance from 3B was a result of Ramirez being out two or three months. Derrick Lee sounds like an awesome combination of Derrek Lee and Derrick Rose.
