    Hanging curveballs get popped up or watched for strikes. Awesome.

    Every ball hit would have gone out in a hurricane. It was blowing right to left, I believe Provided Lester's record-scratch run of terribleness levels off somewhat, I think I'd have Q 4th behind Hendricks, Hamels and Lester, and Montgomery's closing in on him. I have far more faith in Monty than Q at this point.

    get this, i was streaming it and right after kintzler gave up the single that made it 3-0 my wife (not knowing I was watching the game on my laptop) asked me to lay down on the couch with her and watch horsefeathers TOMB RAIDER. So, thinking I was going to get laid, I went for it. Not only did I not get laid, i had to watch tomb raider and I missed the bomb lmao Oddly enough, I feel like your wife wanting to watch Tomb Raider means you are doing ok. Cubs still got the win and hopefully you will get a Monday night special.

    Man, how is that even possible? If anything, I remember him as being even worse than he was. It made me so mad that Dusty kept him in the rotation all year. estes gave up 4 or more runs in 14 of his 29 starts as a cub. he walked 83 in those 29 starts. to compare, chatwood has given up 4 or more runs in 7 of his 19 starts and walked 85 in those 19 starts. estes had a bWAR of -1.3 in 2003 while chatwood has a current bWAR of 0.3. are estes and chatwood the worst cub starters of the past 20-25 years? Ruben Quevedo and Amaury Telemaco were both less than stellar.

    I’ve never been a huge JA Happ fan, but I’m kinda into this, assuming the cost isn’t too high. If it keeps us from watching another eye-bleeding start by Chatwood, I'm for it as well.
