The offense really sucks right now and Dansby is a massive pothole in the middle of the order. He needs to start fricking bunting. This has gone beyond ridiculous.

Anemic offense again. Loved seeing Tucker go the other way with it yesterday for a double in the gap. He needs to do that far more often. I remember Soriano and Aramis having the same problem. They would go into a funk and try to pull everything. Then they would drive the ball the other way a couple times and would snap out of it.

Just gotta ask if it is too much to ask for to get the next Ivan Rodriguez. That’s all I want. An all-world catcher who can steal bases, hit for power and average, and throw guys out at a 40+% clip.

Convince him to retire to open up a roster spot and pay him the difference in his salary as a hitting consultant and keep him in the dugout/clubhouse. He is a wasted roster spot and he won't get a contract next year, surely he has to see that writing on the wall.

The thing with Grandpa Rossy was that he was still an above average defender behind the plate even if his bat was limited. Turner is below average everything. He, Berti, and Brujan are the easiest things to upgrade on the team as they are all poor in nearly every category.
