    I'm aboard. My exact words to a Cards fan friend at school today: Well, Rusch is pitching, so we're gonna lose, it was nice being in first place though. I dont think I can stand another Glendon Rusch start. He was fine in 2004, but the 1-12 brewers rusch version has returned. Guzman plz.

    Allegedly Wood will be back by the end of the month (That's what they said when he went down) and my guess is Prior and Miller will be mid may additions.

    Well if he went down on March 27th, That means he should be set to come back off the DL on April 11th or 12th, which would be Tuesday or Wednesday, as would Prior, as he went down the same day, correct? Speaking of which, Any news on prior?

    If I'm not mistaken, his stint on the 15 Day DL should be nearing an end before too awful long, so I was wondering if anyone knew when those 15 days were officially up? Also, has anyone heard anything about his progress of late? The last I heard was about a week ago when it was reported he was throwing to batters.

    If we could find a way to pry Abreu away from them without giving up Prior/Z then i'm all for it. Immagine this team: Pierre Walker Lee Ramirez/Abreu Abreu/Ramirez Barrett Murton Cedeno Z Prior Wood Maddux Marshall/Rusch/Williams/Guzman/whoever they dont take in the trade That would be an INCREADABLY tough team to beat.

    Yay, jock is sure to get a hit today, now. Also, I understand the sentiment that booing a player after 4 games is a bit ridiculous, however this situation is different then last year when J.D. Drew, someone you knew was going to be good, started out 0-36 or something like that. We knew Jones was going to suck, and he's just doing it in a slightly larger magnitude then we thought. Here's to Jock batting 8th.
