    Per the Score, he's likely to be traded before tonight's first pitch. \:D/ Didn't they say 50/50 yesterday? And that something would probably get done over the weekend? They're just slowly escalating the probabilities to drag this thing out. They'd better trade Jacques soon, if they're going to. Yeah, exactly. But still...SWEET GOD I HOPE SO. I want nothing to do with jones.

    if he cant pitch tomorrow they might have to put him on the DL. Just to bring up a live arm. I dont think he was disagreeing with that fact. He was just saying that it doesnt fix the problem of having less than 12 pitchers.

    At this point, that makes sense. If they can't get the other player in to town before the game, then they at least have Jones available tonight. Hopefully a deal gets done in the morning. Thats a good point Let's just say that a deal has been agreed upon (or very close to) but the players involved wont be able to get to the park in time for the game today. So the teams dont announce the deal, that way the players are still available for their current teams. Buuut I'm just grasping for straws right now. Yes, yes you are. Aren't we all, though. If there is a trade in the near future, it'll be a dumping of Jones at best. Yes, and I can't wait.

    Yea, it was reported on THe Score that Jock is in uniform tonight. Also, we're guessing that maybe Lou is going to start Fontenot at Short tonight and let DeRosa play second, thus the "surprise"

    No kidding. THere is no doubt that Rose is a Douchebag, but it's absolutely criminal that he is not in the HOF because of betting on baseball and yet Ty Cobb is in the HOF. Cobb and Rose both deserve a place.
