    i'd actually take a job with the cards and then run them into the ground. it might get me fired, but my cub fan friends sure would appreciate the effort. The trick is to have the Tribune buy the Cards. Then, you can become their GM, run them into the ground, and they'll sign you to an extension. =D>

    Agree. It's not fair that a 19 year old who votes, drives, and goes to college is lumped in the same group as people in 4th grade who still play with Pokemon cards.

    Nope. What you got from Wrigleyville Sports is identical to the custom t-shirts MLB.com sells, with all-white lettering and a stock typeface. The red-with-white lettering is done only on the mass-produced shirts like this one. With that said, you know the Cubs are going to promote the hell out of Fukudome. Very doubtful if they'll be available before Christmas, but I'd be very surprised if a mass-produced KOSUKE 1 jersey shirt weren't made available relatively soon. Keep an eye on CubWorld, as they have some player shirts that I rarely see elsehwere, like Murton, Hill, DeRosa and Theriot.     When you break the language rules I get to pick the lamest possible replacement insult to make you look like a doofus. Oh, and you get a warning and might get banned. He speaks the truth. Anyway - I apologize to anyone I offended. I thought it was clear I was joking but either way I broke the language rule i guess, So my bad. Won't happen again.

    Where is your proof/evidence? Didn't you see those pictures he posted? pictures speak a thousand words you know. So, that's liek two thousand words he posted. Ok. Ok, i'm removing myself from this. I should be happy. Sosa wasn't on the list and I'm off school till the last week of january, now.

    We already discussed this in the other thread. We assumed that the players in the apartment were probably people like Glenallen Hill because it's unlikely that he would have been sharing an apartment with sosa or wood. We pretty much just assumed the players Karchner was talking about were those that were (gasp) named on the list. Just because Karcher didn't release names doesn't mean that other people didn't.

    Because that first list was bogus. They pulled those names out of their asses. Period. it was false. Their names were not on the list because they couldn't find proof they did steroids in their research.

    I think you're confused. The report is where the list comes from. That other list that was circulating is Bogus. The list OMC posted is a list of names that he compiled after reading through the names listed on the report. Therefore the players on OMC. I don't get what you're not understanding.

    Alone it doesn't mean anything. But that combined with the fact that he's never been named in any steroid report...well, that's a different story. ok, I said i'm done with this debate tho. Time to go play some madden and drink Egg nogg in celebration of Finals being over.
