    I love how screwy the uniforms are today. Half of the Brewers are wearing the regular ST uniforms and half of them are wearing the alternate minor league ST uniforms. Most of the cubs are wearing the Blue home cap but Reed Johnson is wearing the ST cap.

    It's really tempting to just be "sick" monday. But I'd rather not have all that makeup work. 1-0 cubs, FUKU with an RBI single. I have one class at 3:30. It's an 80 person lecture and the notes are online. I'm definitely feeling sick on Monday. Ahhhh jerk. 9-10:20 I have Writing and Rhetoric 2 - I really can't miss this class, at least this week. 12:30 - 1:50 U.S. History. No notes online and I think I may have a test...lame. No-Miss. 3:30 - 6:20 Into to Sports Marketing. I might skip this but we do so much crap in this class each week it probably wouldn't be a good idea to miss. eh.

    Oliver Perez just went down hard in a collision near first base on the mets/braves game on ESPN. He got up under mostly his own power and walked off the field. He should be fine, I think - but I don't care enough to keep watching the game to see how he is because now the cubs game is on. oh, and Len just said this pitcher has had 173 career Major League appearances....contrary to what someone posted earlier.

    Yea no kidding, Fontenot has decent speed, Murton does not. Yes, one short clip of murton apparently being slow around third shows beyond all reasonable doubt that he has terrible speed. Murton is terribly hesitant on the bases at times, but I don't know how you can deny that he has at least avg/slightly above avg speed. You simply don't get that many infield singles - no matter how many groundballs you hit - by being a slow runner.

    same here. i'm 6'4" and can barely dunk a nerf ball. man i wish i had hops, i would be such a beast on the volleyball court. i mean, i'm pretty good as it is, but i could hit the ball down like the top flight players do... that'd be fun. I'll join this camp. I'm 6'4" and can barely touch rim on a regular hoop.
