  1. bears with 203 yards. ced 7-39. looks good except for that RZ fumble.
  2. remember that on 3rd and short later on. screen pass their ass.
  3. 3-4. you gotta run between the tackles on the d. bears are doing that pretty well.
  4. guys, rex passing has been pretty damn solid. this defense is good.
  5. If he throws another sucky suck pass like that he gets lifted until its no longer sore.
  6. Yeah sorry. I was agreeing with you, i was trying to refer to soccers post :)
  7. he took a pill. im betting anti infammatory.
  8. hester was flying off the edge. who cares if he was offsides. i think he overdove the kick.
  9. Hey guys, Game is intense. Bears playing well.
  10. I wasn't necessarily talking about what should happen, but rather what will happen-and there is almost no way that LSU is chosen over ND this year. This is one of many reasons why I despise the current system. It rewards teams that make the NCAA and the bowls the most money, not the teams that earn things on the field of play. I don't have that much of a problem with Notre Dame and I certainly disagree with some of the opinions they have a very weak schedule. But, LSU is more deserving of a BCS appearance this year because of their realtive wins. I do think an LSU/ND BCS match-up would be a lot of fun to watch though. No we want a LSU/UM Rose Bowl. :) The Rose isnt going to take the loser of Florida/Arkansas, they will take LSU. Id be shocked if they take ND.
  11. Yeah that stadium is frickn cool! It doesnt seat alot but its neat looking.
  12. USC gained about 25 more points on UM. UM gained about 25 more on Florida compared to last week.
  13. Laid eggs? They were outclassed. Their only other games were against second tier programs, so of course they looked better. Come on, man. Laid eggs? Yes, laid eggs. Quinn has thrown 5 INTs all year and 3 of them came against UM. That's a laid egg. Hell he didn't even have any against USC whose D is pretty damn good too. Rhema hasn't dropped passes all year until this game. Freeman looked like crap. USC outplayed ND but that doesn't mean ND played their best game. I give all sorts of credit to UM and USC for playing the way they did in those games, but they weren't responsible for Rhema's not holding onto the football today or for ND's offensive line crapping out in the UM game. The only consolation is that we likely didn't get beat bad enough to fall out of the BCS. Wait, the reason Quinn threw those interceptions was purely because of him laying an egg and not because of the UM defense ?(and the supposed best defensive line in the nation?) Yes, you can look really good against service acadamies, maybe only throw one or two picks. Congrats. USC and Michigan? More talented than ND. Maybe Weis can recruit very well, we'll soon see. Yeah, that great UM defense that gave up 503 yards to OSU. What an awesome defense.
  14. I see the Rose Bowl picking an SEC team for TV purposes. Florida (if they lose) or LSU. SEC vs Big Ten works well for TV purposes when it comes to the bowls. The sugar will take Louisville.
  15. The only good thing that can come from ND in the Rose Bowl is my cousin (senior at ND) would come here to visit. Is there a way Texas can come back to the San Gabriel Valley again? Best fans to travel out here, oh so nice and pleasant, very friendly. It was great to have them two straight years. LOL-I doubt Texas will be eligible for the BCS after their loss. My guess though is that the Rose Bowl picks somebody else with the first pick. I just cannot see them wanting a ND-Michigan rematch. My guess is that they pick a team like Louisville, and then the Sugar Bowl will pick ND. LSU brings in the southern tv market. Louisville is already covered by the midwest market with michigan. I think this is why they will skip ND too, plus its a rematch of a blowout.
  16. ND to the Rose Bowl? Oh no. I dont need to see that one again. Nothing to gain for UM. Ill take LSU please.
  17. 12 man on the field is auto 1st down. thats usc's fault. they took the other one because of the spot. The late hit or whatever that was on the WR who dropped the ball? I missed that one i was out. :) The PI was terrible. they took that one because it put it on the 2 not the 2.5 or 3.
  18. 12 man on the field is auto 1st down. thats usc's fault. they took the other one because of the spot.
  19. And the emergence of Gable and Washington at running back. USC better run the ball better tonight agains them. If they become predictable OSU zone pass defense becomes better in predictable situations. You have to mix it up against them.
  20. Notre Dame needs a secondary bad. The dline and linebackers have played well tonight. there is a huge drop off when you get to the smaller guys.
  21. I simply don't understand it. Last year, people thought we went deep a great deal, but we really didn't. We ran 3 step drops, sometimes 5 and would run slants, screens, and crossing routes that turned into big plays. Now, the offense is all 7 step drops that expose the offensive line and make it so Brady is sacked all of the time. I simply do not get this offense whatsoever sometimes-we have a large amount of talent, but they are not being put in the best place to succeed most of this year. The short passing game is a better weapon for them. The line isnt as important and vulnerable.
