    when is he going to get promoted? He's only 20 and just coming off the DL, so he's probably a good bet to finish in Boise and start 2014 in Kane County. it just seems like he's been in Boise for like 3 years. He started in Boise last year and really struggled. Played the majority of the time in the AZL.
