I did the same exact thing. Put in Patterson, then realized they were playing Thursday so sat Patterson expecting light work. I’m down 10 after Kupp’s TD. Kupp-Fournette-Butker Vs Evans-Ertz-JuJu We do point per every 10 yards on kicks(45 yarder is 4.5 points) to mix it up so hopefully Butker gets some long ones. Due to fields (55 points in my league), Adams (33 points) Jefferson (22 points) I more than survived the 15 point loss by starting herbert over Patterson -

The fact that he can be a ridiculously productive while his passing game is still coming along (partially due to him partially due to personnel) is great. He will improve as a passer but for now this is some exciting horsefeathers

The first one to Claypool had to be that high to get over the defender, it was effectively a throw away. The second was to Brown who cut off the route while Fields threw a go. I don't understand why there's just this pressing need to bag on Fields from this thread when he's having his 3rd solid week in a row. I’m not “bagging on fields”. He’s a developing QB, he’s been absolutely amazing today but I’m also looking at areas he can improve on. It’s exciting to watch him develop and know that he still has room to get better. Not sure what you mean about the throw to brown, the ball sailed several yards out of bounds, there was no chance of a catch.

4 really bad passes for Fields today. Over throw on a screen to Claypool. Way overthrown to Mooney (I think) that landed 3-4 yards past the sideline, very low uncatchable 5 yard pass to Claypool and that INT that was wiped out. I don’t mean to be too critical because he’s been electric but he’s gotta find a way to fix those easy throws that he makes uncatchable

I swapped out Patterson for Herbert at 11:50 after reading he was going to be limited this week. Of course Patterson scored a TD on the first drive of the game -
