  1. 3 runs and a punt to start the half
  2. Cowboys D has only allowed 20 points in a game 1 time this year (27 vs Eagles) so 17 by halftime is pretty impressive all things considered
  3. Damn...those were both tough catches, but they were both catchable. Wish the Bears had an elite WR to catch those
  4. That is one of the first times I've seen Fields throw a 10+ yard passing TD from the pocket. Thing of beauty.
  5. Appears so. Disappointing to say the least. smh...
  6. Fields with 5 pass attempts for 16 yards in the 1st half.... Seems like the more they get down the more determined they are to not pass.
  7. I feel stupid saying the secondary could be elite after last week
  8. apparently Fields is hurt. Siemian warming up on the sideline and Fields in the tent
  9. What in the hell
  10. The defense doesnt have the same energy they had on Monday. Getting abused in the trenches, secondary is getting beat, etc.
  11. Robert Quinn was pretty valuable apparently
  12. I didn’t expect to win but this is yikes
  13. That was easy as horsefeathers
  14. Thank you for giving OSU a more competitive game than PSU gave Michigan. Was funny watching Buckeye fans tripping all over themselves to brag about how much better they beat Iowa than Michigan did last week.
  15. After tomorrow night, the Phillies will have played as many games in Houston since September 26 (33 days) as they have played in Philadelphia (5)
  16. Bulls have already lost 2 games to bad teams with Zach sitting out. Could be the difference between a play in spot and the playoffs. The whole thing is so odd
  17. Maybe it's a growing city but how many are actually Titan fans? Sure but I would have thought that if they were going to invest in a new domed stadium they'd want one that can host a Super Bowl. Seems to be a motivation for many of the new stadiums. That said many of these stadiums have smaller capacities but room to expand for an event like that. Allegiant Stadium is like that too I think. Also I think its hilarious that Buffalo is not going to bother with a dome because there's no [expletive] way Buffalo is hosting a Super Bowl
  18. Recent NFL stadium renderings for the Titans and Bills: Titan's exterior looks unique and the Bills stadium isn't domed but the interiors are starting to look very similar in design to SoFi and Allegiant. I am interested to see if the Bears follow that trend and if it will still feel fresh when its built.
  19. The other day I was going to suggest making a play for Kadarius Toney from the Giants. Well he got traded to the Chiefs for a 3rd and a 6th, much more than I would have wanted to give up. The 3rd round pick traded was actually the compensatory pick the Chiefs got when the Bears signed Poles as GM.
  20. Sucks to suck Brewers. I'm really surprised that the reaction of Brewers fans I've seen is a collective 'meh'. I didn't realize they hated the Hader trade so much they turned on the man that turned their tiny market club into a consistently good team. I mean they had like a 3 game division lead when they traded him. It was a true kick in the teeth for fans. I would have been horsefeathering livid (ignoring the fact he's a horsefeathers human). I thought the trade made sense for them, though that might be a controversial viewpoint. Even if it didn't make sense, one move doesn't erase everything he built over the last several years. I also don't think not having Hader was the reason the Brewers didn't make the playoffs (at least him alone), and most people thought the Brewers got an above-average return for him.
  21. Yeah the 2014 Royals (L in 7) and 2007 Rockies (swept). They both had to go 8-0 to get to the World Series too as the Royals had to win the Wild Card game and the Rockie had to win a 1 game tiebreaker (not technically a playoff game)
  22. The speculation is he's headed to NY. Sucks to suck Brewers. I'm really surprised that the reaction of Brewers fans I've seen is a collective 'meh'. I didn't realize they hated the Hader trade so much they turned on the man that turned their tiny market club into a consistently good team.
  23. Yeah I mean if he was 28 and had a track record of consistent success he'd certainly get more. But he's 32, was a huge disappointment on 2020, had the amazing 2021 and has been somewhat of a disappointment this year. Obviously he's been a monster in the past too so I'm not saying 2021 was a fluke or whatever, but its fair to say he's inconsistent for whatever reason.
