Offense is definitely a work in progress. Caleb makes some good throws but drives keep stalling out because we’re getting stuffed on a run and Caleb dumps to the flats once every set of downs. he needs to get to 200 passing yards

11 carries for 28 yards for RBs. Makes Caleb’s performance more impressive because he’s been in a lot of “and long” plays

Well it took 14 innings and for him to not even be in the game anymore but the Cubs have given Elder an ER -

Honestly he hasn’t thrown in rhythm once yet except for the failed screen pass. I legitimately love that he’s finding throws downfield on the run but we gotta see him drop back and throw at the end of his drop. Not sure where the breakdown is thus far but it’s still early.

Caleb was electric on the first drive. Hoping this drive he gets into more of a rhythm where he doesn’t have to hold onto the ball. Combining the improvising Caleb with one that can throw in time unlocks a top 10 QB

Line has been a bit rough so far. Caleb nice job improvising though. Just want to see some shots downfield to the WRs/TEs

Have seen JJ squirm out of the pocket like that at Michigan for big gains. Clearly the speed of the NFL is different
