Most people wouldnt have known about the loss until they skimmed by it in the paper the next day.

Can we keep em close at least? Look back at the Bulls last 30 games or so, how many of those didnt we keep close/win. Everyone gets blown out sometimes. Not this bad usually but whatever, we'll still make the playoffs.

Just a question....does anyone remember Marcus Fizer? It has only been one season since he left and I swear its felt like eons ago. I thought the kid really had some potential and would finally show it when he left the Bulls, but apparently he's rotting away on Milwaukee's bench. Oh well.

Heh, its almost never sold out. I was able to get tickets to the Oct 3rd game last year on October 2nd at 10pm. -

Got some value date bleachers at the 4/11 Cubs-Padres game for me and Mark_R. First time I didnt have to use the VWR -
Bulls will now finish with a winning record in the "month that will kill them". A win tomorrow and they are 7-4, a loss and they are 6-5

UM, how fast was the line moving, my roomate has 2668, when do you think that will be called? Umm...I was 1750, it took me about 2 hours to get in the park (about 500 people). So I would say sometime between noon and one hopefully -

I got 8 tickets for the Boston series, 8 tickets for the White Sox series, opening day and a Cards series in August (the Saturday game). Overall I am VERY HAPPY!!! -

I'll say. It appears that Curry looked good with 23 points. Do you know what the technical foul was about, though? Of course, Deng led the charge with 30 and 11 boards in 46 minutes. Yeah the last 2 games (NJN/MIA) they have allowed the other team to take way too many open shots. So much for contesting a shot. Skiles better get this team thinking defense again.

The only national TV game (TNT, ESPN, ABC, etc) game scheduled for the Bulls this year was sometime in December against Philly, a game the Bulls lost fairly badly. There was word that ESPN could alter their schedule to include the Bulls later in the season if they are still doing well.

LeBron James and Dwayne Wade were also selected to play in that game. Neither will, as both should be All-Star starters. I read somewhere that LBJ said he wanted to play in the rookie challenge even if he gets selected in the All Star game. The man is nuts

I thought that the Bulls draft is protected 1-3 this year, number 1 the next year and unconditional in 2007. So if the Bulls get the first 3 picks in 2005 (doubtful because even if they make the lottery they'll have less then 3% chance) they keep the pick and it defers to next year, then in 2006 if they get the number 1 pick, the Bulls keep the pick and it defers to next year. Finally in 2007, no matter what pick the Bulls get it will goto the Suns if they haven't gotten a Bulls pick yet. Regardless, if they don't get a top 3 pick this year, it's going to Phoenix. It seemed risky at the time to trade Deng for that pick, but I would easily trade our 15th pick this year for Luol with so much upside.

Also, I propose that when people ask questions next year, they identify themselves as "first/last name from NSBB.com" We need to get out name out there for all to see! The shirts really did help from Jon and Mark

Did anyone ask why similar improvements aren't slated for the third base side? I imagine they'red be no place to put the tarp ... Yeah, it's most likely the tarp. I can't think of anywhere else they could put it and still be able to cover the field quickly once a game is delayed due to rain. Plus, they already had those two rows of folding chairs on the field on the first base side from the '98 playoffs. I think basically this was the main reasoning for the decision to put new seats there.

BTW, for those that didn't see Jon or Mark in action, these guys worked extremely hard jotting down all these notes to post for us all. I don't think I saw Jon's face looking up at what was going on too often because of all the notes he was taking, I don't know how he even enjoyed it (:)). So I want to thank Jon and Mark, because that was pretty cool of them.
