    Why are you asking if Z will come through. Despite a few exceptions here and there, the starters have been doing their job. You should look to the offense that is dead last or near last in almost all statistical categories

    That would be a better protest. "Stay at home" day. You'd have to get a lot of publicity about it, and obviously not everyone would do it, but the visual of near empty, or even half empty stands would be pretty impressive. I won't take credit for this suggestion, but someone had mentioned a walk out in the 6th or 7th inning, that way all the "fans" from out of state, Rockford, etc. could still attend part of the game. This is probably a more realistic scenario then expecting no one to show up. It would be great to see everyone walk out at the same time. Since everyone in the stadium would have already purchased their game tickets (and probably enough food and beer for a small army,) I really don't see what this would accomplish. I think we just need to face the fact that the Cubs organization has all of us by the short hairs, and we would do well to come to grips with the fact that none of us will see a championship in our lifetime. Symbolic. Plus they lose consession money for that day and get bad publicity in the media.

    loss? its going to be a slaughter, they are going to destroy Hill tomorrow i hope im wrong, i really do but he hasant done anything against ok teams, now he is facing one of the best No your right. I think the Sox hit early and often. I'm predicting something like 16-2 White Sox. Contraras will shut down our anemic offense on Sunday and will lead the Sox to a 3-0 win for the sweep. The Cubs will then goto Florida and lose 2 of 3 to our old pitchers. Pierre will go 0-16 in the series. Ok thats enough pessimism for one post :)

    The Blackhawks are owned by one cheap old owner. The Cubs are owned by a huge corporation. Huge corporations don't like declining profits, especially ones that are already not doing that great financially.

    shouldnt have scored those 12 runs in the Nationals series. They had to know they would only have 3 runs left for the rest of the week.
