With your emotions aside, you can't see that the Cubs have a much better chance to win the division right now than Milwaukee does? I'll freak out when we're on the verge of being tied and then in an elimination game. At this point, it's wasted energy. I can't put my emotions aside because we are talking about the Cubs. Not the Diamondbacks, Yankees, Braves, Rockies. The CUBS

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. Really, like I said last night. If the Cubs blow the division, I am quitting baseball forever.

Seriously...anyone that wants to tell me its statistically improbable to lose this division, have your freaking team win a damn game and then I will believe you. You can keep saying 'oh the lead is 1 with only 3 to go, all they have to do is win 1 game and they have to go 2/3 to tie." Don't give me that crap. Win a freaking game.

I guarantee you the off day caused them to think too much about collapsing and now they are playing very tight. Plus our starting pitching has been terrible.

The only good thing is, the Cubs can't be eliminated until the last day of the season...so we get to suffer through 3 more days of this.

I seriously feel like the Marlins have had the leadoff man on every inning in this series.

He has gotten much worse at broadcasting over the last 2 years. I never remember him being this bad. Perhaps his bosses at WGN suggested that he show more emotion to make Cubs radio broadcasts a better show. Then again, how much more show do you need than Ron?

The deterioration of our pitching staff is alarming. Hill, Marquis and the 5th starter have been pathetic lately. Zambrano is erratic every start. It's amazing that we are in the position that we are in.
