  1. QBs are a combined 18-21 passIng so far
  2. Packers have the last drive of 1st half/first drive of 2nd half combo also wtf 6 combined possessions in the first half? That’s insane
  3. Geez, not giving Fields any time or space to scramble
  4. wtf that was short? Look like the chain wasn’t even extended all the way. Very strange
  5. His QB rating has been over 100 in 7 of his last 8 games. He’s been pretty good the last half of the season
  6. If the Bears want to prove they have turned the corner you don’t beat up on the Cardinals and Falcons at home and go 7-10 against a cupcake schedule. You go to your middling arch rival who has dominated you the last 30 years and you knock them out of the playoffs.
  7. I horsefeathers hate how Jordan Love is clowning us
  8. How was that dude so wide open? Not sure if it’s JJ being out but the defense just doesn’t look as sharp as it has been lately
  9. Per the broadcast too
  10. Not sure where the WRs were but definitely seems like a play where fields needs to get rid of the ball.
  11. Pass protection has been very spotty early on
  12. Finally got a good doink to go our way!
  13. Yeah would rather not lose to the horsefeathers packers yet again. But having 1 and 9 is not the worst thing in the world
  14. So umm wtf is with that headline? Unless I’m missing something the Bears are not mentioned at all, just that multiple teams are interested and he mentions the Raiders and Chargers. Misleading headline from Brett edit: completely disregard my page stopped loading for some reason and missed the bottom half. Thanks @WrigleyField 22 for correcting me
  15. 22 points allowed while forcing 3 turnovers should have been enough to win that game. The offense did absolutely nothing except a couple nice runs from Jones to lead to the only offensive TD and a short FG drive. Such a winnable game that was within 1 score in the 4th quarter until Grossman threw the pick 6 but everyone seems to remember it as a blowout.
  16. I have to admit I kind of tuned out the Blackhawks for awhile but I follow their scores. Seems like they’ve been getting blown out a ton lately. It’s fine that they are terrible but I’m wondering if they should be at least a little better this year. I figured with Bedard, advancing some of the prospects and a few moves made in the offseason they’d take a small step and just be regular terrible instead of bottom of the league terrible. I know the Hall has been injured since early on and Perry did something to get himself booted off the team so maybe that explains why they seem to be worse off
  17. I have not watched it as I'm kind of over the detailed QB breakdowns for our current QB but based the comments on the Fields breakdown video O'Sullivan did, it doesn't sound like he was as positive about the performance against ATL as many thought coming out of the game.
  18. Honestly nice idea but I don’t care to comment on the Cubs until they do something in consequence in the offseason because participating in this exercise looking back to 2023 would only remind me of how they had a 93% chance of making the playoffs and blew it.
  19. Not trying to compare him to Penix. That dude is definitely more NFL ready than JJ. What a beast
  20. I think he shows enough flashes to get pro scouts interested. He’s elusive and can extend plays with his legs, has NFL arm strength, praised for intangibles and leadership. But definitely some holes in his game that need development. Accuracy is inconsistent, sometimes has trouble reading the defense. I could see him becoming an NFL starter and I could see him never playing a meaningful snap in the NFL. The reality is probably somewhere in the middle.
  21. Holy horsefeathers was that awesome. I know most of you hate Michigan but damn that was like the culmination of an entire lifetime's worth of fandom right there. I nearly died when the punt was dropped late. Cannot believe they pulled it off. 1 more to go! Shout out to my fellow Michigan NSBBer @sneakypower and shout out to Juwan Howard for losing a buy game to a low major this week to ensure that the balance between Michigan football and Michigan basketball was maintained
  22. Plus QBR accounts for his legs too right? So you can't say "well add in the running game and hes much better"
  23. If you didn’t watch any Bears games and just looked at these stats, would you come to the conclusion that Fields made any leap this year? Obviously there are many more ways to analyze his performance beyond these basic numbers but it kind of jumped out at me when I went to his page just now. it seems like the momentum is trending towards Fields staying and if that’s going to be the case I want to get there mentally where I am behind the decision. From watching the games it sort of feels like he improved but I’m not sure.
  24. Jordan love in his first full season has tied the total of the Bears single season passing TD record. wtf
