  1. I said I was gonna stay away, but I just wanted to say we need to stop blitzing because Wallace has proven agile enough to evade the D almost every play and when he gets time, he's gonna find an open man because most of the D is rushing the passer. I agree he has thrown some bad passes because of pressure, including that INT on the last drive, but when he's torching them on every 3rd down because we are blitzing unsuccessfully, its hard to stop them.
  2. Why did the Bengals go for two after the TD? I am assuming a botched snap on the PAT?
  3. That and you're a misery junkie. Seriously, hes acting like [expletive] eric316 today lol. Relax UM, Christ ??? Fine I'll go ahead and leave the game thread. Enjoy the game, go Bears!
  4. Great...they're at least in FG range again. Can't they tackle??
  5. That and you're a misery junkie. why is that wanting misery. My impression was that it was too close to overturn. I'll take it and I'll enjoy it. I'd say the same thing if the situations were reversed.
  6. 1 second left in the game down by 2?
  7. Oh and so now that it's said and done, I don't think the Bears should have gotten the ball back on the challenge. It was close but I'm a big believer in "irrefutable evidence"
  8. LOL at him yelling at Kreutz from on the ground instead of celebrating the TD.
  9. Cutler's expression was "you stupid ass team, gimme a O-line"
  10. If they do that, the O-line will collapse and force a bad pass.
  11. I agree. I definitely don't think its an obvious decision though. I wouldn't be pissed if they chose to go for it. I just think we need to get on the scoreboard.
  12. lol...I think you have to get points in this possession and take the FG. Another great job by the O-line. Normally, I'm all about being aggressive in these situations, but the Bears have been unable to get in the end zone in these types of situations, so I say get points. If we left this half with 0 points it would be bad.
  13. Holy crap it worked. Thank God.
  14. So we are we scored 0 points in 2 red zone possessions today. In the Green Bay game we scored 6 points in 4 trips to the red zone. In 2 of the 3 games, we are averaging 1 point per trip in the red zone.
  15. I love it...another "oh crap, something really bad happened, let's throw the challenge flag and pray it goes our way." challenge flag.
  16. Wonderful...another guaranteed 3 points taken away
  17. And don't get the first, hahaha.
  18. I can't wait until we come out of the timeout and get a false start.
  19. I saw this on the Bears board....here is a photo of Forte trying to find a hole in the Bears o-line: http://www.art-prints-on-demand.com/kunst/edgar_samuel_paxon/custers_last_stand.jpg
  20. I wouldnt say he ignored it this offseason. He signed 2 guys, now if you are talking draft, then I agree. They used their only first round pick in the last 2 drafts on one. Plus wasn't Beekman a 3rd round pick the year before? I don't think the problem is lack of attention, I think it's lack of scouting ability.
  21. The O-line and Urlacher being injured are going to be the reason we have a losing record in 2009
  22. Seriously, it's time to abandon the run.
