    I think Kopetzky now has more goals in the playoffs than his Slovakian buddy. And he missed an entire series. Hossa has been solid though espedcially tonight

    Can you believe in our last 5 games we've been penalized by a tally of 5-0, 6-2 and now 4-0 so far? Something about playing us turns our opponents into Lady Bing candidates.

    Well we outscored them 3-2 that period after they outscored us 3-2 in the 1st. I don't know what to say about this game anymore, except just win it and worry about adjustments in game 2.

    Eh, I don't think Boucher is all that great..probably better than Leighton, but he's also coming in cold. Philly made the right decision though. First to start Leighton and now to bring in Boucher. I am assuming that Boucher will be the goalie the rest of the series unless he continues [expletive] the bed.

    I hope game 2 is just as exciting with a positive result of course. I've been 2 of the more boring playoff games so far. (Game 2 vs. Nashville which was a win, but the crowd had the "waiting for something bad to happen" feeling all game, and Game 5 vs. Vancouver, which we were never in and trailing for 59 minutes)

    Do you think Philly is outplaying us because they are better, or because the Hawks aren't able to play their style, or the Philly style of play has caught them off guard?

    I haven't had one of those "every time a shot is taken, I look at the back of the net expecting to see it go in" feelings in awhile (for both sides at least)

    Wow in the last "period" (20 mins) of hockey, they are outshooting us 17-4, and yet we're matched them 2-2 on goals I think.

    Well we're tied despite a horrible game by our goalie and playing shorthanded for almost a quarter of the game while not playing with an extra attacker for one second yet.

    Brouwer just randomly passes the puck to a wide open Flyer inside our zone, nice.

    What happened to our defense? Aren't we supposed to be the team that controls the puck and gets the majority of the shots? This shootout style reminds me a little of the first game of the 92 finals, except without the 3 goal lead.

    He's given up 4 goals in 30 minutes. Gotta start considering Huet here so stupid as that sounds.
