  1. lol I am going through Bill Barnwell's twitter. Bears fans were railing on him.
  2. Just another reason the preseason means nothing.
  3. Agreed at all points. The pick-6 was extremely frustrating since it was so unnecessary (plus the pressure put Cutler in harms way while the Bears were up 24 in the 4th). Carimi was bad but I figure there will be tons of improvement from him as he has the talent and this was his first NFL game. Webb, on the other hand, is what he is. And he was worse than Carimi today. Charles Tilman played an absolutely fantastic game today. Can't say enough about his performance. Carimi was definitely struggling, especially in the first half. The rest of the line actually looked pretty decent overall. That new FB did had himself a nice game too. I saw him down the field during a couple longer runs making blocks. I like what I see. I like that Sanzenbacker (however its spelled) got involved in the game too and even got a play called for him, even if it didnt work out (end around). Does Tillman usually cover the slant like he did today? I'm wondering if it's a skill he has or if something was caught in the film room. Historically the Bears have had a lot of trouble against the slant. I don't know where that came from, but I like it.

  5. lol I have 3 fantasy players combining for exactly 100 points for me this week (Brees 42, Vick 26, Bears D 32), and the other 7 combining for 10 points.
  6. Really nice looking win. The NFC North is going to be [expletive] tough this year.
  7. Damn, Michigan 26th in both polls. Not that I don't think its fair that Michigan isn't ranked, but I have some strange obsession with Michigan being ranked at least 1 week every year. It's the only tie we still have to the 'glory days'
  8. Man I hate blowout thats end up looking lke they are close.
  9. So annoying, we cant even take time off the clock during our drives because we're constantly in "long to go" situations and have to throw.
  10. Are there any FA tackles out there?
  11. Webb is responsible for about -60 yards today
  12. STOP HOLDING [expletive]
  13. Brees? Fine more than any QB over 5 ft 9
  14. Id be slightly worried at this point if the Falcons got that 2 point conversion Looks like it might be a another blowout that looks like a really close game by the time it's over, like the Philly and Seattle games. Will keep respect to a minimum though which I guess is a good thing
  15. i hate you jamarcus webb
  16. I swear Cutler gets more deflected pass INTs than any other QB in football.
  17. Well that [expletive] sucks. Pick 6 for Cutler
  18. What did the Bears defense do against the Jets in the third quarter last year? I know the offense finally clicked. I know they gave up at least 1 TD in the quarter after we came back to take the lead.
  19. Cutler 21-29, 312 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT
  20. lol Roy Williams hobbling on the sidelines but still makes sure to signal first down
  21. No no, Bill Simmons said we'd win this but still go 6-10. This is all going according to his plan. Plus, the Falcons 3rd string LE is out today, so the Bears are just getting super lucky again these stupid lucky flukes.
  22. Can't remember the last time I've seen that dominating of a quarter. 4th quarter of 2006 NFC championship game?
  23. LOL Peppers. So glad we signed that dude. Thanks Angelo for somehow not screwing that up
  24. Wow if Maynard was our punter, the Falcons would have the ball on the fringe of FG range right now.
