    The thing is, they had the Cubs bat with some of the lights off and now they're fully back on and the Dodgers got a distinct advantage. That being said, how often do protests actually work? Only the Giants against us right? Pine tar game. Of course that was 35 years ago

Maddon: Well this is certainly bad news but thankfully Turner is about ready to come back from his rehab stint an- Theo: no no no the Smokies have a big series against Chattanooga this week, he can't come up. Oh no wait that was last week. This week is the All Star break. Call him up, but keep him under 80 pitches, we need him sharp for Montgomery next week.

    We also beat him with Sergio Mitre in 2005. This stuff happens all the time, all it takes is a good Wada outing and a little bit of offense. We also hit Kershaw fairly well in late September last year. I think he gave up 3-4 runs in 5 innings and allowed 9-10 base runners in those 5 innings. Fake edit: OK looked it up 5IP, 7 H, 3 ER, 3 BB, 106 pitches, Rizzo went 1-2 with a double and HBP against Kershaw.
