I almost said something in the thread where we were discussing shirseys because I think UMF said Arrieta was the best choice for one. Unless something really bad happens I'd be stunned if he's on the team in 2017 because someone is giving him a lot of money and it'd better not be us. It'd still be worth it for the year and change I had it. We could always extend him this winter buying out his last arb year and signing him until like age 33 with a chance for one last good contract.

Dontrelle Willis must still be mad that the Cubs cut him. He just predicted the Cubs miss the playoffs. He has the Pirates winning the Central The Big Hurt had our backs though

We're doing this every day now right? Blue Jays are 9-1 since the Tulo trade and are up 4-0 today with future Cub ace David Price on the mound. If they win they will be 2.5 back of the Yankees and either 2.5 or 3.5 games up on second wild card (and potentially 0.5 games up on the first wild card if the Angels lose) Still a worse record than the Cubs :)
