    If we get mowed down the rest of the game, the narrative will be to take this game and the sale game as islands amongst offensive explosion and say the Cubs cant hit good pitchers. That narrative will be ignoring hitting Shelby Miller hard of course but I can see it coming from the idiot media.

    I just think its hilarious that Lester, who is probably the worst hitter in baseball history, insists on forcing one of the worst position players in the league into the lineup every time he starts. It's like insisting on playing 4 on 5 in the NBA. Edit: OK on second thought maybe not that bad because Ross brings defensive value and Lester is a very good pitcher, but its still a handicap that doesn't have to be as bad.
